Your balance shows in chat and sits beside every price in the menus. Prices there also show about what they are in dollars. /sapphires history lists everything you've bought and spent.

How it works

How does delivery work?
When your payment clears, PayNow tells our server, and the Sapphires are added to the account you bought for. There's nothing to claim or redeem.
If you're online, they usually land within a minute.
What if I'm offline when I buy?
Nothing is lost. The order waits for you, and the Sapphires land the next time you join MCS.
Can I send Sapphires to a friend?
Yes. Pick a bundle, turn on Send as a gift, and type their Java Edition username. The Sapphires go to them, and the receipt comes to you.
Check the spelling first: the gift goes to exactly the name you type.
What are crates?
A crate opens into one random cosmetic. You buy crates in game with Sapphires, and you can also earn them by playing. They hold cosmetics only.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by PayNow, under its Buyer Agreement.
If you bought from the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get your money back for any Sapphires you haven't used. For a refund, ask us on Discord with your order ID.
Refunded Sapphires are taken back off your balance.
Where can I see what I've bought?
PayNow emails you a receipt for every purchase, with its order ID.
In game, /sapphires history lists every Sapphire you've bought and spent.
How do I contact you?
About a purchase, ask us on Discord. Put your order ID in the message and we'll get back to you.

PayNow is the merchant of record for every purchase here, and PayNow's buyer terms apply.
Seller
Sapphires are sold by MCS. Questions about a purchase? Ask us on Discord.
Purchases are made through PayNow. By buying you confirm you are of legal age to accept PayNow's buyer terms.
Privacy
MCS is responsible for the player data it handles. To deliver purchases, the PayNow plugin on our server sends PayNow the IP address and UUID of each player who joins. PayNow's Privacy Policy covers how it uses them.
